Brigadeiro!

This month im cooking Brigadeiro a traditional Brazilian sweet snack.
For this recipe you only need 3 ingridients.
And only 2 final preperation ingridients.
Ingridients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 table spoons of butter
2 table spoons of chocolate powder
Preperation Ingridients:
2 cups of chocolate sprinkles
40 mini muffin cups


How to make:
1. With a brush, grease a plate with a little butter. Put it on the side.
2. Separe as mini muffin tins separately umas das outras com cuidado e disponha numa pequena travessa. Put it on the side.
3. In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter. Cook over low heat and stir well.
When boiling, cook for another 15 minutes or until the bottom of the pan is visible. Remove from heat and transfer to greased baking dish. Allow it to cool completely.

4. In a small bowl, place the chocolate sprinkles and leave the bowl next to the dish containing the Brigadeiro.
5. Spread some butter on the palms of your hands, with the help of a teaspoon, make balls of 2.5 cm. Place the balls in the chocolate sprinkles, spreading on the sprinkles well each time. Then place the balls in the mini muffin tins. Serve at once or you could put the Brigadeiro in the fridge for 30 mins and serve it chilli (wich i prefer).
